Bane W Nazelrod of Washington became a Prisoner of War during World War II.
Serving in the U.S. Army, Coast Artillery Corps, CAC: COAST ARTILLERY CORPS or AMP: ARMY MINE PLANT, Bane was captured by JAPAN and was imprisoned at Hoten POW Camp (Mukden) Manchuria 42-123. Final information at the end of the conflict was Returned to Military Control, Liberated or Repatriated. Data shows Bane was in Southwest Pacific Theatre: Philippine Islands. Source.
